For this reason SAPIM S.A. assumes a commitment to quality and environmental requirements of their activities and establishes the following guiding principles of management:
– Satisfaction of the expectations of our clients, in all matters relating to the realization of our activities and their environmental impact, including the stakeholders on the results of the company.
-Establishment of objectives focused on the evaluation of the quality and environmental performance.
-Ensure an analysis of continued all the relevant processes, objectives and the obtained results, focused on continuous improvement in the activities of the companies, regulated by the Management System developed by this policy.
-Compliance with legal requirements, commitments to customers and that all regulations, internal rules or guidelines which are applicable in the field of activity of the company.
-Evaluate and ensure the technical competence and awareness of the staff as well as ensure the proper motivation for their participation in the continuous improvement of the company’s relevant processes.
-Maintenance of a fluid communication, both internally, between different levels of the company, as with customers, management and other interested parties, in all the elements of the management system.
-Ensure the correct state of the facilities and equipment so that they are in correspondence with the activity, and the Organization’s goals.
-Pollution prevention by minimizing the negative impact on the resulting environment of our activity, both attending the assurance of the quality of the services provided as to an appropriate level of preservation of the natural environment.
These principles are assumed by the management, who has the necessary resources for its implementation, expressing them and putting them in public knowledge through this Quality Policy/Environment.
